The purpose of marriage and our choice. God conceived marriage as the closest of all human relationships. Intimate relations between men and women provide an opportunity to reproduce the human race and to improve the human personality.
How a man and a woman treat each other in marriage depends on their relationship with God. God gave us a free choice. We can build our marital relationship according to God’s standards or whatever we want. But the true purpose of marriage should be obedience to God’s purpose for us.
